A. you have to eat to lose! I did Jenny craig as well and lost weight. Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. A. I think for Jenny Craig you have to go there to get the food. And, nutri system delivers the food. They are both very expensive, weight watchers is better by far! Or, visit a dietician it is less expensive and they'll cater a plan that's right for you
How can i lose 20 pounds without having to pay for jenny craig?

A. This is what I did~~~~~and lost 25lbs~~~I've kept it off for 20 years. First DON'T starve yourself! You need to eat 5 small meals a day. Breakfast is very important. I would do about 600 cals. for the first meal, 200 cals for the second,600 cals. for the third ,400 cals. for the fourth, 200 cals for the fifth. That's a total of 2000 cals a day. This along with exercise should get your metabolism in shape. Plus, you are basically burning most of what you eat before your next meal. Your body won't want to store the fat because it's getting a consistent amount of food. (If you think the cal amount is wrong ~~~ check how many you should be taking in. If you are over 5'7 you'll probably need more)
