Q. I weigh 137 pounds and I really want to lose some weight, because I'm extremely embarrassed to go swimming. I know there's really no "fast" way to lose weight, but what can I do to lose weight? I always drink water instead of sugary drinks, and I do 100 sit-ups and ballet squats before I go to bed every night. Any other important tips and exercises I can do for great results? How to lose weight while studying in University?
Q. Often im crammed with school work, and I stay up all night just working and working and working and studying and studying and studying so yeah... How exactly could I lose weight, like workout as well, while staying up all night. I often get hungry during 3 AM while studying, and its a bit difficult to not eat then...

A. Buy a treadmill. Walk and read. Eat fruit instead of junk. Yeah, that should work.
How to lose weight on a certian medication?
Q. I am on a medication that causes people to gain weight and have gained about 25lbs and am having a hard time losing weight. Any suggestions.
A. Unfortuantely some meds that help us get better also have negative side effects. I found that exercising, even a simple walk, helps....but the main thing I would say is to change your eating habits. I also use Slim Quick from GNC and it works excellent with no caffine effects like other so called "diet" pills. I've kept the weight off while taking these AND I barely exercise anymore sinc eI am back full time at work and college at night.
