A. I'd say it depends on your starting weight...and genetics of course. And what kinds of exercise you're doing (if any).

It is possible to lose 10 pounds and keep the same size boobs...but your back size could change. But yeah I've lost 10-15 pounds before and wore the same bra size, just the back didn't fit me as well...like in between sizes, that sucks a lot. I actually have boobs so it's not like I went from size A to size A. I think if you work out and you have boobs they will disappear. I'm pretty lazy so whenever I lose weight I just cut back on my calories and such.

What diet pills actually work and are safe?

Q. I understand there is no magic diet pill to make you thin, but I was just looking for a good pill to jump start weight loss that works with exercise and diet. I gained about 30lbs a year ago and have just kind of been okay with it since then, until I saw pictures from my vacation then I realized I wasn't happy. Q. I have tried every diet book out there. So far, the only thing that's worked for me is a raw diet but I never can stick to it for long!

A. I still eat everything but in moderation and I count the calories that I take to know if I should stop eating for the day because I'm in a 1,000calorie diet, but in that everything I avoid junk foods like chips which I crave for and sweets because they have lots of calories but sometimes maybe once/twice a month its not bad to satisfy your craving, satisfy ok not to be gluttonous for a day and since dieting makes your metabolism slow I also do exercise like jumping rope.
p.s dont eat much carbs I'm Asian and one of our staple foods is rice so in a meal I ate half a rice and dont forget your water.

A. The first and best of all ways to lose weight is to exercise. Sure, you've probably heard it a million times already, but why then are you still surfing the Net in search for that magic pill? Set yourself a routine to follow and then stick to it, the biggest reason people never get anywhere in life and ultimately never lose weight is that they don't set a specific plan to follow. They just wake up randomly one day and tell themselves that they're going to change their life around by going out and jogging for an hour or two. Next day they do the same thing and start to think that they can really maintain what they're doing for as long as they live. Nah, its doesn't work. You're better off hitting the gym, lifting weights, running on the treadmill or even brisk walking! Get a good training program (weights and cardio) with a healthy and balanced diet plan for yourself and you'd lose weight in the healthiest manner.

I've just switched him to a raw diet combined with all protein and vegetable kibble. No grains.

I make my dogs food as well, as this is the best way to control the cancer. And I give her Orijen grain free kibble if shes still hungry at night.
I mainly feed chicken and just add vegetables I have on hand, like celery, zucchini, potato etc (but not sugary ones)
So far youve got it right, No Grains. These turn to glucose which feeds cancer cells.
You also want to limit naturally sugary vegetables like carrots and pumpkin, and only feed fruit on occasion if you want.

Look up the cancer starving diet, which limits the amount of glucose you give to a dog because cancer cells need glucose to survive.

Q. i had surgery 2 year ago because i had graves disease, i was tried all the time and lost weight . ihad to much calcuim in my body, now that my thyroid has been took out im gaining weight.

A. Forget about the diet pills. What's most important is thyroid levels. The morning TSH needs to be around 1.0 if you are on T4 (Synthroid, Levoxyl) Also, you want to make sure you are converting enough T4 into T3. You can find this out by having a free t3 test. The result should be at least midrange. If its below midrange, it means you are a poor converter of T4 to T3. A T4/T3 medication like Armour thyroid or Thyrolar might help. On T4/T3, medication dosage is adjusted by free t4 and free t3, not by TSH.

As far as diet, decrease carbs and increase fiber,

Exercise 4+ times per week. Drink lots of water and limit sugar

Trying to reduce unwanted weight has not really been easy with some people due to their body composition, but with determination and following the weight loss program, you will be able to achieve your desired result. All you need to do is to discipline yourself. Its very important. Eat balanced diet but eat when you are hungry. Try and eat fruits, vegetables and drink more water. Also, try to reduce fatty food going into your system, reduce sugar intake, soda, chocolate, ice cream, etc.

Do regular exercise either in the house or outside. Fit in your exercise time into your daily schedule. If it means waking up early, do so that you can exercise your body. You can also walk out, run, dance, ride bicycle, swim if you have pool,etc. Choose the one you can do and it will help reduce unwanted pounds in your system.

What diet is best for quickly healing damaged tissue?

Q. I have a minor surgical incision wound on my foot. I want to know what foods / vitamins / enzymes are best for a rapid recovery of the tissue. I need to be able to dance at my wedding in a few weeks.

A. Vitamin E oil, usually applied on the OUTSIDE, is helpful in reducing scarring. I don't know if it helps healing.

What will help healing and pain the most is to keep your foot elevated.

A. I'm sorry but if there was a diet pill that really worked, I think the whole world would be skinny.

EAT
-veggies/fruits
-meat (grilled)
-whole grain/wheat

DO NOT EAT
-anything with flour
-rice
-any kind of drink except for water
-anything with unnatural sugar (candy, chocolate, cake, etc.)

Exercise
-mix cardio with weight lifting (runnying, swimming, walking, etc..)

eat 6 small meals a day or if you can't, just make sure do not eat anything after 6:30PM

exercise early in the morning if possible

So far youve got it right, No Grains. These turn to glucose which feeds cancer cells.
You also want to limit naturally sugary vegetables like carrots and pumpkin, and only feed fruit on occasion if you want.

Look up the cancer starving diet, which limits the amount of glucose you give to a dog because cancer cells need glucose to survive.

The morning TSH needs to be around 1.0 if you are on T4 (Synthroid, Levoxyl) Also, you want to make sure you are converting enough T4 into T3. You can find this out by having a free t3 test. The result should be at least midrange. If its below midrange, it means you are a poor converter of T4 to T3. A T4/T3 medication like Armour thyroid or Thyrolar might help. On T4/T3, medication dosage is adjusted by free t4 and free t3, not by TSH.

As far as diet, decrease carbs and increase fiber,

Exercise 4+ times per week. Drink lots of water and limit sugar

Q. I just had a baby and trying to lose some weight before my husband gets back from Iraq :) I dont have much time to diet or work out but I try at time and do try and watch what I eat if I even have the time to. Please help me out as much as you can...thanks so much!

A. I would suggest just proper diet and exersize, because if you are still breastfeeding your baby, the chemicals in the weightloss pills could be ridiculously harmful to your baby, also, there is NO TELLING what they put in those pills.

-mix cardio with weight lifting (runnying, swimming, walking, etc..)

eat 6 small meals a day or if you can't, just make sure do not eat anything after 6:30PM

exercise early in the morning if possible

What diet is best for quickly healing damaged tissue?
Q. I have a minor surgical incision wound on my foot. I want to know what foods / vitamins / enzymes are best for a rapid recovery of the tissue. I need to be able to dance at my wedding in a few weeks.

A. Vitamin E oil, usually applied on the OUTSIDE, is helpful in reducing scarring. I don't know if it helps healing.

What will help healing and pain the most is to keep your foot elevated.

How exactly do weight loss challenges work?

Q. I see all of these weight loss challenges scattered throughout the internet, but they usually only have a start and end date with no rules. Are you supposed to come up with an individual plan and then join the challenge for however long it lasts for? What is a challenge?!

A. The first and best of all ways to lose weight is to exercise. Sure, you've probably heard it a million times already, but why then are you still surfing the Net in search for that magic pill? Set yourself a routine to follow and then stick to it, the biggest reason people never get anywhere in life and ultimately never lose weight is that they don't set a specific plan to follow. They just wake up randomly one day and tell themselves that they're going to change their life around by going out and jogging for an hour or two. Next day they do the same thing and start to think that they can really maintain what they're doing for as long as they live. Fast forward to the sixth day and they're in bed telling themselves they'll go out jogging tomorrow. But they never do go out jogging. No matter how determined you are, you will never get anywhere without a clear schedule and plan. (It's just like construction projects, they don't just happen overnight, right?)

Drink a lot of water, like 7-10 cups a day, you'll lose 10 pounds if you do that for more than ten days in a row & eat lots of fruits and vegetables & stay away from greasy foods & try to get some exercise but if you don't feel like doing hard core workouts just make sure you move around a lot & not just sit around.

What weight loss program would be good for me?

Trying to reduce unwanted weight has not really been easy with some people due to their body composition, but with determination and following the weight loss program, you will be able to achieve your desired result. All you need to do is to discipline yourself. Its very important. Eat balanced diet but eat when you are hungry. Try and eat fruits, vegetables and drink more water. Also, try to reduce fatty food going into your system, reduce sugar intake, soda, chocolate, ice cream, etc.

Do regular exercise either in the house or outside. Fit in your exercise time into your daily schedule. If it means waking up early, do so that you can exercise your body. You can also walk out, run, dance, ride bicycle, swim if you have pool,etc. Choose the one you can do and it will help reduce unwanted pounds in your system.

A. I did south beach and I lost about 50 pounds in not even 3 months. And I've kept it off for almost 2 years now. I found it to be the easiest diet because it pretty much told you what you could and couldn't eat and you didn't have to count points or anything like that. What I lost really isn't typical for the amount of time I did it but I know others who have done it and they got really good results from it as well.

Q. I have tried every diet book out there. So far, the only thing that's worked for me is a raw diet but I never can stick to it for long!

A. I still eat everything but in moderation and I count the calories that I take to know if I should stop eating for the day because I'm in a 1,000calorie diet, but in that everything I avoid junk foods like chips which I crave for and sweets because they have lots of calories but sometimes maybe once/twice a month its not bad to satisfy your craving, satisfy ok not to be gluttonous for a day and since dieting makes your metabolism slow I also do exercise like jumping rope.
p.s dont eat much carbs I'm Asian and one of our staple foods is rice so in a meal I ate half a rice and dont forget your water.

What diet should I feed my dog with cancer?

Q. He has had surgery for hemangiosarcoma, and I want to prolong the life he has left.

I've just switched him to a raw diet combined with all protein and vegetable kibble. No grains.
Yes, I have talked with the vet and he suggested a few different diets. I am looking for peoples' experiences.
I"m also giving him 1000 mg of Omega 3 a day.

Im so sorry your dog has cancer, I know what youre going through and it will be ok.

I make my dogs food as well, as this is the best way to control the cancer. And I give her Orijen grain free kibble if shes still hungry at night.
I mainly feed chicken and just add vegetables I have on hand, like celery, zucchini, potato etc (but not sugary ones)
So far youve got it right, No Grains. These turn to glucose which feeds cancer cells.
You also want to limit naturally sugary vegetables like carrots and pumpkin, and only feed fruit on occasion if you want.

Look up the cancer starving diet, which limits the amount of glucose you give to a dog because cancer cells need glucose to survive.

EDIT: I also add NUPRO supplement to her food, which completely balances the meal, as well as Salmon Oil.
It is good to make sure your dog gets a lot of Protein and good fatty acids like Omega 3.

EAT
-veggies/fruits
-meat (grilled)
-whole grain/wheat

DO NOT EAT
-anything with flour
-rice
-any kind of drink except for water
-anything with unnatural sugar (candy, chocolate, cake, etc.)

Exercise
-mix cardio with weight lifting (runnying, swimming, walking, etc..)

eat 6 small meals a day or if you can't, just make sure do not eat anything after 6:30PM

exercise early in the morning if possible
