Does a gluten free diet help lower the Hashimotos antibodies?

Q. I have been doing some research and alot of sites are saying that it helps. Does anyone know if it really works or is it a waste of time? My antibodies are 3000. Any other helpful tips on lowering the antibodies?

What is the best and easiest way to start a Gluten free diet?
Q. Do we need to go casien free at the same time? My son is autistic so I figured if he needed to go GF that it would be easier for us both to do it. Any suggestions? Books? Websites? Thanks in advance for all help givin.

A. Go to a health food store which sells in bulk or else you will pay an arm and a leg. They'll also have books and free recipes for you about it... Ask the person who'll be happy to assist you!
