What exercise can burn the most calories?

Q. Okay, I dont mind the work out, its just that I need to make up an exercise plan to burn more than 2000 calories a day. Is that possible? Anyways, does anyone think that they can give me a plan for a week?
Also some advice on food would help. Such as I only really need to consume around 1000 calories a day. Any advice on what I should eat? -Yes, I know I'm putting my health in danger but its really only temporary. Just need to keep it up for around 4 days.
Thanks!

A. Hey Ashley, i have recently lost over 5 stones it took me a year, I ate sensibly, never missed breakfast ,never ever ever! lunch cuppa soup and brown bread sandwich with meat/cheese and salad, piece of fruit and biscuit(go ahead) tea time get plate bigger than a side plate smaller than a large dinner plate, 3/4 should be veg, lots of broccolli carrots, cauliflower and 1or 2 potatoes and 1/4 meat/fish. Treat yourself regularly and dont feel guilty!! also I swam for 1 hour 6/7 days week used my bike instead of the car and walked the dog... look 10 yrs younger!!! struggling right now with the festivities but am still swimming !!! most of all dont give up good bad or indifferent I went a club and got weighed every single week and still do. but you dont have to do that I needed the encouragement, i even ended up getting a makeover for a glossy mag! what pressure is on me now!!! hope this helps good luck !!!

What exercise machine is best for diabetic patients?
Q. My dad is a type 2 diabetic patient. His doctor said to buy a exercise machine. Now he wants to know what type of machine to buy. Is the treadmill the best one?

A. The best exercise machine is the one he will continue to use after he passes the initial "fun" stage. If he gets too bored to use the machine, if the machine makes him hurt to the point where he won't use it anymore, if he can't get the hang of how to use the machine, if it takes too much trouble to set up the machine each time--he's not going to continue to use it. This goes for anyone, not just a diabetic. I find a treadmill too mind deadening--I even tried to read while I walked and would fall off the tread, tried to listen to music as I walked but it was still dreadfully boring, treadmill made so much noise I couldn't hear the tv so watching tv was kind of frustrating, might have been ok if I could have a computer on the handlebars so I could play games but again I might have gotten too distracted to stay on the treads. The exercise bike made my derriere hurt after about 5 mins and each time I climbed on it would hurt more because the bruises (or whatever they were) hadn't recovered from the last time I pedaled so I came to dread doing the bike (maybe a different type of exercise bike might have worked better but I'd already bought this one and couldn't afford another one). Tried the Chuck Norris Total Gym but couldn't figure out how to do the various exercises and I live in an apartment with limited space--the thing took up about 6+ feet of space so everyone kept tripping over it. Does your dad want an exercise machine? My brother has diabetes and my mom keeps nagging him to exercise, says she'll buy him any machine he wants but he admits he's not going to use it. If your dad does want a machine, you'd be better off taking him to the store to test drive several machines to see which one he likes best and will use all the time, or maybe get him a membership to a gym that has all the machines so he can change his work out without having to buy his own machines (plus he'll be able to consult a trainer so he's doing exercises correctly so he won't hurt himself). My dad used to go to his gym even long after the doctor forbid him from using any of the machine or using the sauna/jacuzzi/hot tubs because of his health (or lack thereof) merely for the camaraderie.
