What exercise focuses on burning belly fat?

Q. Im really muscular in my arms and my legs.
My stomach, not fat, but not really muscular eaither. What type of exercise will burn belly fat very quickly? I need to cut down on it in? I have a month to do so.

A. You need a reality check. You CAN NOT spot reduce body fat. There's no secret diet or training routine. Your body loses it uniformly or not at all. Google "spot reduction myth" and you'll get more than enough info on it. Then Google "HIIT cardio" for the best way to burn fat all over. Good luck!

A. You cannot target fat-loss to an area of the body by doing an exercise that works the muscle in that area. This method has never worked in the history of mankind. Your body will lose fat in a genetically-predisposed manor, you cannot change it.

To lose body fat, you have to clean up your diet, eat every 3-4 hours (starting with breakfast!), work your ENTIRE body (weights, cardio, the whole bit), and get plenty of good rest.
