A. No. You have to speak with a consultant he/she is the one that will be following your progress, giving you the diet, and weighting you.
How do the programs for Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers actually work?
Q. I'm curious how much the food costs for a full month and what are the calorie guidelines if any.
A. I dont know about J.C., but W.W. is not about calories. You get a certain amount of points based on your weight and your activity level, and once you are done with your points, you are done eating for the day. Its a very easy program to follow, and you meet a lot of pple when you go to the meetings. You are weighed in every week, and you set a weight loss goal with help from your leader, once you hit that and you stay at your goal for 6 weeks, you are a member for life for free.
What is the cost of jenny craig food per week?
