Q. i need a workout plan that is fool proof and i can stick to it. i have a problem with deits but i am ready to commit.
A. This is what I did~~~~~and lost 25lbs~~~I've kept it off for 20 years. First DON'T starve yourself! You need to eat 5 small meals a day. Breakfast is very important. I would do about 600 cals. for the first meal, 200 cals for the second,600 cals. for the third ,400 cals. for the fourth, 200 cals for the fifth. That's a total of 2000 cals a day. This along with exercise should get your metabolism in shape. Plus, you are basically burning most of what you eat before your next meal. Your body won't want to store the fat because it's getting a consistent amount of food. (If you think the cal amount is wrong ~~~ check how many you should be taking in. If you are over 5'7 you'll probably need more)
How long might it take someone to lose 20 pounds on Jenny Craig?
Q. I'm probably going to start this soon, but i just wanted to know ahead of time how long it should take me so i know when to start. I will be devoted to the diet so there shouldn't be any mess-ups, if that makes any sense haha
Thanks!
Thanks!
A. 4-5 months ..if you want to maintain it. combine with kickbox workout. you will have sure results.
What was your experience with Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig or Nutrisystem?
Q. Of the three, which one is the best?
Or would you recommend another diet program?
Or would you recommend another diet program?
A. I lost 20 lbs on both nutrisystem and weight watchers--and i gained it all back.
nutrisystem is very hard to stick to because you have to eat prepackaged stuff only. after two months i couldnt stomach their food anymore and quit eating it. thats when i gained all the weight, plus another 10 lbs back.
weight watchers is decent, probably the best of the three, but it has its downfalls. the support groups are usually only filled with old women so its a little hard to relate when you are younger (i was 19 when i joined). i stopped losing weight on weight watchers after about 6 weeks. i dont really know why.
