Where can I find free diet menus and workout plans online?

Q. I'm trying to lose weight & be overall more toned by the end of August, but I'm not sure what I should be eating & when during the day. Also, I dont know what types of excercise I should do & for how long in order to tone up my stomach and thighs. Im 5'6" and about 137lbs

Usually it's recommended to eat about 5 small meals a day. Don't eat any refined sugar, don't drink soft drinks, drink lots of water.

Sounds like you are a good weight, so to tone up, I would recommend weight training.

2000 calorie diet menu ideas?
Q. i take care of a couple ladies who are diabetic and mentally challenged and on 2000 calorie diet they are also alergic to fish of any kind even to the touch it is very important that they stick to 2000 or a "lil" less !!!! I am just looking for new ideas for theyre meal planning

A. You can buy cookbooks for diabetics, you can also call the Diabetic Association and they can tell you where to get them. You can also ask their dietician associated with their doctor or hospital.
