Q. From 65KG to 55KG in one year, this is what I personality experience all the process, to me it is a miracles. Like all the white-collar because of poor eating habit, do not exercising enough and a malfunctioning metabolism, I am getting much fatter, fortunately I find the best way to lose weight - HCG Diet menu.

A. The HCG diet works for women. I've done extensive research and studies on this diet.

You must use legitimate HCG (injectable or sublingual). Do not fall for the many HCG scams out there today, especially the supplement variety. HCG is a prescription drug. The HCG drug is about $60 for a vial of 10,000 IUs, of course it requires a prescription. You can find an "anti aging" doctor in your area that will prescribe this. Some doctors that prescribe HCG might charge a higher consultation fee to administer it.

The many tests you will see referenced pointing to the HCG diet not working are flawed tests. These tests used many male subjects and men respond totally different to HCG than women do. Additionally, these tests failed to administer the diet correctly and used improper doses of the HCG compound.

The reason the HCG diet works for women is that it changes the her body chemistry. It tricks her body into thinking it is pregnant allowing her to eat as little as 500 calories a day and it not affect her health adversely.

Normally when eating a 500 calorie diet, an individual would lose muscle tissue as a result of inadequate calorie intake. The body would preserve and protect body fat and break down muscle tissue for survival reasons.

When HCG is present it causes her body to think she is pregnant and it will start accessing body fat stores for energy rather than muscle tissue. It will also decrease her appetite causing her to not have a hungry feeling all the time.

But you have to follow the HCG diet exactly without wavering. Any slip up will knock her out of the chemical state that HCG put her in.

Of course, after the diet, you cannot just start eating anything you want and expect to keep the weight off. The HCG diet does not correct your bad habits.

I currently have a 42 yr old client that is on the HCG diet and she has lost 20 lbs in 3 weeks with zero strength loss. She has been working out 4-6 days a week on cardio and weight training all of her life and had hit a wall. It seems like no matter what she did, she couldn't lose weight past a certain point. The HCG diet put her over the threshold and she feels better than ever. But it does require discipline and work. You have to stick to the strict diet exactly, no exceptions.

What is the 3 day diet menu for QUICK WEIGHT LOSS?
Q. I have a friend that mentioned a 3 day diet where you eat hard boiled eggs, raw green vegetables, an orange, and either beef or chicken everyday for 3 days. Where can I find more details and an explanation of how much, etc???

A. Diet Schedule:

1. Commit to consuming 4 - 6 small meals and snacks everyday.

2. To succeed, you must plan ahead by packing your foods the night before. Thus, you should always have fresh and low-fat foods around.

3. Keep it simple. Don't get too caught up on the specifics or your diet. Start by simply just counting calories.

4. Eat your foods slower.

5. Make healthier food selections like fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, and beans, low-fat or nonfat dairy products, low fat meats, fish and skinless poultry.

6. Avoid foods that are high in fat and calories.

7. Avoid foods that are high in sugars such as pastries, candy bars, pies and candy.

8. Use a variety of fruits and vegetables in your nutrition plan. Start by trying to eat 5 total vegetable and fruit servings every single day.

Exercise:
daily Exercise is necessary.

Jogging, Swimming and 15 minutes walking will be enough.

Diet menus to start a new plan to loose wieght?
Q. On Friday's Dr. Oz show (3-12-10) He had some menus on how to get started on the right exercise program. My husband and I need your help on loosing weight. Please Help!

A. lol @ the spam. Don't need acai berry and don't need to wash out your colon. :P

My tips to being healthy:
- Volumetrics: Eat a lot of food that is not dense in calories. Think about it like this: A Big Mac with fries and a large coke is around 1200 calories. Want to know how much healthy food you can eat for that? Probably 1lb of salad and 5 healthy burgers. Learn to cook food in higher amounts with less calories and eat more food! Portion control sucks! Who wants to eat half of a big mac and suddenly you're done for your calories for that meal. That's silly.

-Tons of Vegetables: They contain almost no calories and are incredibly healthy for you. High in fiber and great for your body. You'll live longer, feel better, think faster, and be happier.

-Eat a reasonable amount of fruit: Keep them in the earlier part of the day, but fruit is the best way to crave your sweet tooth. Want an awesome snack? Low fat, low sugar organic yogurt with raspberry and honey sprinkled with a pack of splenda. (P.S. Splenda is not bad for you in moderation.) If you're craving chocolate or something, eat fruit! Anything that is a berry is amazing for you. Oranges and berries take the cake for me.

-Eat meat: Screw the food guide. I don't know what they were thinking but there is no way we evolved eating such little protein. I recommend any lean proteins such as extra lean ground beef, ground chicken, ground turkey, lean ground pork, lean cuts of steak, pork chops, chicken, turkey, bison, ostrich, etc. Meat is more filling than almost anything you'll ever eat.

-Eat eggs: They're cheap, taste good, and are great for you! Eat 2-3 whole eggs a day with egg whites mixed in from a carton. Any study who said it is bad for you has been endorsed by cereal companies, who compete with eggs for breakfast.

-Eat breakfast and make it big!: Your biggest meal of the day should be your breakfast. I generally make mine around 500-600 calories, but I'm not trying to lose weight anymore. As the day goes on, your meals should be smaller in calories with your dinner being near the smallest out of the big three meals. (Snacks should be reasonable small.)

-Don't feed your husband soy: Soy might be good for women, but it's not for men! Don't give your husband any soy.

-Buy new cooking oils: Safflower, Canola, Corn, etc are all horrible cooking oils. Do not use Olive oil to cook because it is bad for you and has a low heating point. Use coconut oil, macadamia nut oil, or walnut oil to cook with. These are all great for you and are great for pan frying foods.

-Discover new foods: There is a lot of food to eat out there and a lot of healthy food you can make. Want to know how to make healthy muffins? Use almond meal (almond flour). Did you know that exists? Most people don't. You can make fantastic muffins out of almond meal. Want milk in your cereal? Use unsweetened almond milk! It tastes great in your own homemade granola cereal.
