A. You need a reality check. You CAN NOT spot reduce body fat. There's no secret diet or training routine. Your body loses it uniformly or not at all. Google "spot reduction myth" and you'll get more than enough info on it. Then Google "HIIT cardio" for the best way to burn fat all over. Good luck!

A. You can do compound movements with free weights, like deadlifts or clean and press. You might like Crossfit. Do some youtubing tonight on it.
