Q. And how many calories should the other meals be? I eat breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner?
A. Ok. Here's what I would do: 200-300 calories for breakfast (cereal with milk is usually in between 100 and 250 calories, or you can have toast with butter-not too much- and a piece of fruit, etc.). Then 300-400 calories for lunch. A 100-200 calorie snack (100 if you ate 300 calories for breakfast, or 200 if you ate 200 calories for breakfast, just make the snack healthy). Lastly, 400-500 calories for dinner (depending on how many calories you ate earlier). Remember it's ok to have a treat about once a week (moderation is the key), and it's ok if you eat more than 1200 calories sometimes. :) Good luck!

How many calories are in a glazed donut and how many are fat calories?
Q. I would love to know since I can never get away from em. They're just regular glazed donuts that you can buy from a bakery at a grocery store. Thanks.
A. Around 190 calories for one.
