why do diet menus give really expensive meal plans or impossible menus for everyday people to make?

Q. I looked up the dash diet and the menus they give for lunch and dinner I've never heard of! I would love to find a diet plan that I could I could use with everyday food!

A. Statistically, the success of a diet correlates strongly with how expensive the diet is. Apparently, the more expensive the diet is, the more likely people are going to stick to it because of the money they've spent. Basically people are more motivated when they've risked more financial resources.

Do you know where to find a budget diet menu plan?
Q. Not just a diet please, a diet menu plan with complete meals and recipes. I just can't find one with a grocery list that costs lest than 50 bucks a week per person, and that's if I already have a fully stocked pantry. If I didn't have the pantry items like spices on hand, most meal plans I've seen would cost at least 200. Please tell me there's a budget menu out there :(

A. Unfortunately there are no plans out there that cost less than 50 bucks a week for a full week. Most of them out there cost about 30-50 dollars a day. However, Nutrisystem has a meal plan where they provide you with three meals a day plus snacks, and it really helps you lose weight for about 10 dollars a day. That is by far the cheapest one out there.

Where can I find free diet menus and workout plans online?
Q. I'm trying to lose weight & be overall more toned by the end of August, but I'm not sure what I should be eating & when during the day. Also, I dont know what types of excercise I should do & for how long in order to tone up my stomach and thighs. Im 5'6" and about 137lbs

Usually it's recommended to eat about 5 small meals a day. Don't eat any refined sugar, don't drink soft drinks, drink lots of water.

Sounds like you are a good weight, so to tone up, I would recommend weight training.
