Q. Hello, i'm planning to lose some weight. I heard that cardio is good so i've started to run and cycle. But i'm afraid that too much of cardio will make me muscular too! I do not want that to happen! Just slim and lean like Alessandra Ambrosio. :) so i need some recommendations on how to get a figure like her. I have a hourglass shape but it's not very obvious.
